Refunds for services/bookings
GX does not offer refunds for any nail/beauty service, this is including deposit funds needed in order to secure appointment slots.
Refunds for products
GX does not offer refunds for any products sold through our website, however, we are more than happy to offer a replacement item of the product free of charge in cases of product fault from sender or damaged in transit. To receive this benefit you must have documented evidence of the item that you are wishing to receive a replacement for and email the evidence to our customer service team gxinquiries@gmail.com.
